Month of Nov

 It's almost end of Dec, and I missed writing about my month of Nov. It was a good month. Low on the words, but high on the activities for the new release.

Book 3 of the Lazy Immortal series is released, and you can grab it here, if not already.

Baptization (Path of Lazy Immortal Book 3)

I wrote 35863 words in November and that got my year to month tally to 582671. A future thing, December has turned out to be a good month in terms of word count.

Update on the books. Book 5 is completed, and I'll start my own edits as I've booked my editor at Jan end. Book 4 is back from editor, so I'll start going through the edits, and I also have final cover. So that's a good thing.

For the book 5, I'll try to publish it by April if there is no major changes after editing.

Month of Oct: Some more words, some hard decisions.

 I'm little late in updating the word count because of the renovation work going in my house. It's been a beautiful mess. Beautiful because once done, it would look very good.

October was a good month, and I'm through the book 5 of the Lazy Immortal Series. Yes, book 5 because I'd to split book 3 into two parts as it turned into 200k+ mammoth book I'd to separate because of timeline and editing and getting out of KU.

Sorry to my readers who were reading the book in KU, but I'd to get out of it due to some reasons I won't talk about here. I might go back to it in the future, but I don't have any plans till second quarter of 2022.

My other books are going wide, and I'd be publishing them slowly on Kobo, B&N, Apple, Google and many more stores.

Back to the word count.

In Oct. I wrote 79234 words, and the total count comes to 546808. Compared to it Nov. look poor. More to that in the next month's post.

One quick update. As the book 4(previously book 3 second part) was already written and in editing, it will come earlier than what the pre-order date says, and I might(might is the word here) publish it by Jan end.

Month of Sept: More words

 September was good. I wrote 78498 words taking my yearly tally to 467574, and almost all of them are for Lazy Immortal. I'm already in the end part of book 4, and that should get published in next year.

One sad news though, I may be out of Kindle Unlimited. I won't go into details, but that's what it came to. I may come back to KU, but not for now.

The third book is in editing, and should be published before nov end.

For the fourth book I don't have a title yet, but I should have one before next update.

Month of August - more words

 In terms of writing August was a good month. I wrote 70297 words and mostly were for book 3, which is not complete and would be off to editor in a few days. The total of the year to month tally comes to 389076 words, just shy of 400k.

Good news, the third book is the largest one I've ever written, and it will only grow through the editing process.

Now I'm writing the fourth book, and haven't decided on the name yet. I'll find it once I reach the end of it.

In the backend, I'm mulling over book 5 in the Glory of Formation Emperor series, but I also want to wait until I finish book 5 of the Lazy Immortal series. So, at least this year I won't be writing the next book in the Glory of Formation Emperor, and it also ties with Path of Crafting series, so the third book in Path of Crafting series might come earlier than the fourth book in Glory of Formation Emperor series.

July - Release Month

 So, if you haven't checked it yet, book 2 in Path of Lazy Immortal series is out on amazon.

Inheritance: Path of Lazy Immortal Book 2

Readers have liked it so far, and many are saying they couldn't put it down until they finished it.

Coming back to the month of July. It was a good month and I'm nearly at the end of book 3. Although I didn't manage to write as much as June, but given it was a month of release and tons of work pending for the release, I managed enough words to feel good.

And the name for book 3 is decided, and it is Baptization.

July Word Count: 59974

Word Count for 2021: 318779

June - productive month

 June was awesome. It was the most productive month of the year. So far. 67k words. That's a lot when compared to my previous months of 30-40k words.

Total word count until Jun end is 258805.

What's happening with books?

Book 2 of my Path of Crafting a Litrpg series is published, and can be bought on amazon or read in KU.

I'm currently writing book 3 of Path of Lazy Immortal series, and having a blast. It's already around 70k words, and I don't think I would find the ending of the book before I hit 100k. So, another long book.

Book 2, Inheritance will be out on or before July end. My editor liked it, so I'm eager to know reader's opinion.

Month of May

Finally I've finished Lazy Immortal Book 2(Inheritance) with a whopping word count of 120k+. This was the second most longest book I've ever written. The first one was Path of Alchemy(book 4 of Path of Formation Emperor series).

What's next?

Book 3. I don't have a name yet for this book, but I'll have it soon. I don't have a tentative publishing date for this book, and I won't have it until I finish it. But by the path it's going on, it might go beyond 100k words.

As long it takes to finish the story I want to tell.

Total word count till the May end is 191794 words.

The second book in Path of Crafting will be out in June end.

My writing goal

 In 2021 I wanted to write 1 million word, so far I'm not on track. But I'm getting there. One word at a time, and one day at a time.

Till April end, I've written  145533 words, and all are toward a new cultivation series I'm going to publish in month of May. First book is already on pre-order, and second one should go for pre-order soon.

I'm also planning to publish second book in my Unveil Litrpg series. That should be out soon as well.
